Can I frame the prints myself?

Yes, we offer unframed prints!
Choose our “Print only“ option and customize the look of your final piece.

How can I clean my artwork?

Lightly dust of the glass with a very soft cloth (microfiber cloth)
BE CAREFUL to not apply any pressure whilst wiping and DO NOT USE any glass cleaning products.

I need a particular size for my wall - Can I make custom orders ?

Yes, write us to contact@frameline.gallery and we will do our best to get you the perfect size for your wall!

My print is damaged - What should I do?

In the rare occasion that your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Kindly send us photos of the box and the print to contact@frameline.gallery.

When will I receive my artwork?

Manufacturing and shipping can take between 2 and 3 weeks.
